Domestic Shipping (New Zealand)
We ship all orders within New Zealand using trusted courier services. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
Standard Shipping
- North Island: 2–3 business days
- South Island: 3–5 business days
Rural Delivery Please note that rural delivery addresses incur an additional rural surcharge. This charge will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rural deliveries may take an additional 1–2 business days on top of standard delivery timeframes.
Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on orders over $150.00. Rural surcharges still apply.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel's journey.
Packaging All skincare products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We take extra care during warmer months to protect temperature-sensitive formulations.
Delays While we do our best to meet estimated delivery timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to courier volumes or weather events. We appreciate your patience in these situations.
